Her cakes are most always moist and delicious and we've been using her services for many years. She's done wedding, birthday and pool party cakes for us. They had mini ones for 9 pesos each, and even they were filled to capacity with the delicious cream. I went back to try the other flavors but the plain ones were my favorite: no need to mess with perfection. Open much later than the other bakeries in the neighborhood, they also serve drinks which you can sip and savor in their lovely patios. Staff are helpful, but not very warm nor enthusiastic. Store is clean and well organized; I like that the pastries are covered with plastic to keep the flies off. You pick up a tray and tongs, choose your goodies and pay at the cashier.
Cream puffs available in plain, strawberry, chocolate and green tea. My fav is the plain, no need to mess with perfection.
Everything is covered in plastic to keep any flies off.

I get caught up on Yelp, update a bunch of apps, or study: I'm a satisfied patron. PREVIOUS REVIEW: It was early morning and I was walking down Korea Town, this pretty patio caught my eye. Apparently smokers like to hang out in the outdoor patio because I noticed some used ashtrays on the tables. Inside is air conditioned with some semi-private tables. The place is roomy and clean, with cute decor and upbeat background music. They have a super strong and fast WiFi. Baked goods are wrapped in plastic just waiting for you to pick them up. Everything is baked fresh in house. The staff told me that the actual prices are 20% off of what's posted: interesting gimmick. Grab a tray and bring your items to the cashier in the back. One time they had some samples available. Good thing I tried the "brownie" which looked more spongy like a cake: it was dry. Tried their cookies and they were bland and dry. I wanted to try one of their mini cream puffs but they don't sell them by the piece. They have nice looking cakes and you get a free loaf of bread if you buy one. If you're dining in, you can have your pastries warmed up. I enjoyed their fresh mango shake which was thick and sweet. Their cold brew is made with coffee beans imported from Korea: strong and sweet, next time I'll have to ask them to cut back on the sugar. I couldn't convince the lone worker to add cream/milk to it *sigh*: not to accommodating. Tea drinks are made from powdered mixes, shakes are made from fresh fruit, and iced teas are flavored with syrup. I haven't found any baked goods that I like yet; but they do have decent drinks. This is a nice place to hang out, or get some work done.
Being patient & nice goes a long way: complimentary cream puffs Woohoo! The peach iced tea has popping boba, a yummy surprise!
Cold brew coffee is made from coffee beans imported from Korea: strong and too sweet, need to cut down the syrup next time.

The mango was not quite ripe, but it grew on me. -Tried the crumble cake. It was dry with a mild chocolate taste. I couldn't really taste the jelly on top. - Roll cake - Cake was spongy. Nothing really special about it, typical cake you find at Asian bakeries. Staff are friendly but don't know much about their products. They have a corner with discounted baked goods. Their freshly baked bread smelled really good, so I might be back to try their sandwiches.

They're a tiny new store in the neighborhood with one lone staff. She was friendly, informative and helped me with my choice. They sell sourdough bread and various meat pies. I spied a sausage roll that was calling my name: 50 pesos? Sold! Their goodies are baked off site but delivered fresh daily. My roll was warm and smelled delicious, I couldn't wait to get home to eat it. The pastry was nice and flaky. It was stuffed with delicious flavorful pork that had a nice level of spiciness. I'm holding on to the last star until I try the rest of their offerings, stay tuned!
