I can never reach a branch manager. The few people I do reach are rude and completely unhelpful. And now? Over $600 is missing from a Zelle transaction -- and the one person who handles Zelle at WESLA is "out of the office for the rest of the week." Zelle tells me the bank has to fix it. The bank tells me they can't fix it because the Zelle lady is gone. So basically... I'm stuck, my money's missing, and nobody cares enough to even help. This is NOT how a bank should operate. After everything, I highly recommend taking your business somewhere else, because WESLA has gone downhill and they clearly don't value their customers. I'm done.
