After three times on chat with three different agents being promised that they were going to send me the price match guarantee $100 refund from the washing machine we bought and still never receiving it, I'm just done. I will go to the store and see the manager in person but I'm willing to bet you there is no manager either, you can't get them on the phone because you get a call center in Philippines. I personally think their price match guarantee is just a scam. I spent three hours of my time being promised by liars that I would either get a gift card or refunded to our original purchase method.

The installers said they didn't know how to install the cord in the wall. When we paid top dollar for installation, Best Buy didn't tell us this was going to happen! Best Buy is not returning our calls. (Also, they were high pressure up-sellers trying to get us to buy a sound bar that's totally unnecessary. And, checking us out took over an hour.)
