She came over for an evaluation for pricing, even before that gave a ballpark estimate. She showed up on time and communicated really well on when she was heading my way and arriving. She worked hard the whole day!! I could instantly smell the house being 10x cleaner before she even started downstairs! Everything was place back in original spot and she made it look like she was here but not here at the same time! I'm OCD so I get picky about things not being back in their original spot and she definitely took her time making sure if she moved something it went right back. You can see the clean without having to get up close. She took a lot of pride in each step of the cleaning leaving no surface untouched! She made the bathtub that rarely gets used shine! I knew when they had to keep coming back to "fix" what was wrong; large bubbles, two-tone colors, uneven texture and later hair line cracks down the middle, I had made a huge error. They offered to keep coming back, doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results, then offered insurance after I got three estimates. I was done with it all. My error was in paying the full amount. My brother visited from out of state during the summer and was appalled seeing the inferior job and did what he could to make improvements with limited time. It's obvious when someone knows what they're doing. Lesson learned. Hire reputable pros and get what you pay for.
