This got really annoying as it would reset when in my pocket and when it started again the phone was unlocked and sometimes called or connected to the internet. This got too annoying and I took the phone back. The staff were very helpful and recommended some software that would correct the issue. Within 30 minutes I was on my way with my phone fixed.
