Joe, our boother, was friendly, professional and extremely responsive. He was great from the initial time we contacted him for information up to the moment the very last pictures were taken. He's the type of guy you end up wanting to invite to your party as a guest and not just a vendor. The booth itself is very well constructed. It has a unique feature that allows a ton of people to squeeze in for a picture, like a clown car at the circus. There's nothing quite like seeing the faces of 10 loved ones smiling out at you from one small rectangular frame. Each picture came with two copies, one for our guests to take home and the second went into a book in which people wrote us messages. The resulting guest book makes us laugh, cry and relive our entire night. I'll treasure it forever. We even got a CD of all the images, which were also available online for FREE download.
