I called and texted (Travis) about coming to repair the peeling issue. On 2 occasions he promised to come, but he did not return to fix the problem. In January 2022, I reached out to him again. I sent pictures and he told me he would make things right. February of 2022, he sent a young man who made the problem worst by sanding more glazing off the tub.
