I had a 30 minute consultation with Martha-Carol of Chaos Organizing. I emailed her a photo of the…read morearea that I wanted her expertise in, the desk. She inquired what my problem areas were. I had a small black shelving unit on the desk that was a bit of an eye sore. I don't have any drawers with the desk and not much storage in general in the home. Since there were boxes upon boxes underneath my desk Martha-Carol suggested I get a rolling set of drawers to put things that are taking up space on the desk. She advised rolling drawers with shallow drawers that are only the size needed for putting paper in. If the drawers are too deep (more than 2-3 ") then all the papers will get lost in the drawer. All the pens, highlighters, markers, notepads could be put into thin bins in one of the drawers. She mentioned that they are fairly cheap (pack of 3 for $1). I haven't gotten to the stack of magazines yet but Martha-Carol encourages that if they're more than 3 months old to just let them go. Or designate 30 minutes to flip through them and then put them in the recycling bin. Decluttering can be overwhelming so she recommends setting a timer for 30 minutes and doing it in intervals, unless you're the type of person that can just plow through it until the job is done. Martha-Carol was very friendly, helpful and cheerful throughout the whole consultation. With about 10 minutes remaining I asked about organization in the kitchen. Like many people, we have quite a few small appliances and not much room to store them. We had them placed in 1 corner of the kitchen table but it was hard to reach the item in the corner. Martha-Carol suggested that they be lined up along 1 edge for easier access. If we had more room in the kitchen we could purchase a free standing shelving unit with wheels to put all those small appliances on. She brought up the fact that procrastination means that I don't really want to do something. I have to just set a timer and get it done. It took me a really long time to organize and declutter but I'm happy with the results and Martha-Carol for pointing me in the right direction.

We had been using the formal dining area as a playroom- but it was a mess all the time, with no Organization at all. I knew what I wanted, but didn't know the first thing about organizing the room into a workable, neat, easy space for the kids....MC Stewart achieved everything I could have wanted in the playroom. She took her time getting to know us as a family and how the kids use the space. She shopped for me, made beautiful neat labels for everything, decluttered the space ( and made it fun!) and turned our nightmare playroom into a beautiful, easy to clean, organized space. The kids love to play in their space now, and know where everything goes when they're done playing. All for a completely reasonable cost..MC was fast, and had everything done in just a couple of days. she really enjoys her work and it shows. I am so grateful for her help. I can't wait for her to do my closets..

Three years ago, my regular cleaners told me that they could no longer work with me (moving out of town). I interviewed a few companies, but Angie really impressed me because I could tell she was organized and committed to providing a top notch service. At the same time, however, I had a friend who cleaned homes and was in need of a job, so I alternated between her and Angie's crew. Angie always could help me out in a pinch and her cleaners are super fast but very thorough (the benefit of having a team of cleaners rather than one person of course). I used her services sporadically throughout the past three years and she always came through for me, even tried her best when she was completely booked. This is crucial when you are relying on income from a STR and need last minute reservations when they come through. When my friend gave her notice this past spring, I actually felt like it was going to be ok, because I had a company that had proven themselves to be dependable and loyal to their customers. Angie and her crew have been my regular cleaners ever since and will be henceforth! The best!

We're good about cleaning regularly but it's hard to keep up with those suckers. Angie's team makes it like new every time. She and her crew are efficient, thorough, and extremely reliable. I have recommended her to many friends, and they have all been thrilled with her work. Coming home after Kalelia has been through is one of the singularly fabulous experiences--everything smells so amazing (sometimes I smell the ~clean~ before I even walk in!) and is so tidy and just SPARKLY! Also, she is extremely professional and flexible with scheduling as necessary. And I love that I get an electronic invoice the day services are rendered so that I can process payment immediately. Cannot recommend enough!

The girl arrived on time with her supplies and her tennis shoes on and you had better be ready to move because she is ready to give you your moneys worth! She not only did what I wanted but pointed out things that I might also consider moving, storing or changing. She was fantastic and I have had her 5 more times and plan on having her back. Together we organized closets, drawers, cabinets, the garage and even parts of the attic!! I HIGHLY Recommend this service to anyone who is looking for an honest, hardworking operation. I see where they do housecleaning also and I plan to give them a call to schedule them for that too. So if you want your home organized this is the service to call. Wonderful job and pleasant friendly staff.

In…read morethe end, we would never use them again, but I will leave an honest review: Positive: Felicity did communicate with us; however, there was still a lot of confusion and we ended up with things we just didn't like or function well for us. The laminate peeled off most of the laundry room, and they did come to fix it. The lighting burned out of different sections, and they did come and fix that as well, but it has been about four times, so it was really annoying but they did fix the things that kept falling apart. Negative: We had some fancy drawers sourced from another one of their vendors, and we changed our mind about adding doors since we didn't like having laminate doors that couldn't be painted and wanted real wood doors. Because we didn't want the doors, we didn't want the fancy, and very expensive drawers since they would be covered by the wood doors that were being built buy someone else; however, we were shocked to see that they were installed. As the drawers were there, we had to buy draw pulls that cost quite a bit, but they will not fit behind the doors being built. There was some misunderstanding during the time I was having cancer surgery. There was no reason to hurry, but Felicity and our contractor, who have a long history kept pushing which was completely unnecessary. The closets sat in the house a year before we moved in. The cost was enormous, and I liked the closets from the Container Store I had built in my previous house much better. The plastic veneer seams are very noticeable and the corners are not flush with the wall and when you try to touch it up, it looks bad against the sheetrock. Now that we are having real wood doors, we have having to remove and throw away the drawer fronts, the expensive handles are not needed. Additionally, the inner drawers will now also have to be remade, and it doesn't look like the good solid custom doors will fit properly and will not look good against the surround of the plastic veneer. At this point we believe we will have to just demo the whole thing and lose the $30Kish for what was built and then have the additional cost of rebuilding it to be more functional. If we had just had it built will real wood from the beginning, it would have been cheaper and nicer. We very much felt bullied by the contractor with the close relationship with Inspired Closets. Also, the doors in the laundry room, continually hit each other because of the way it is designed.
