I had Rachel, and I had a very pleasant experience. It's a small suite, but they do the best with making it cozy and inviting. I booked a Swedish massage and had her focus on my lower back. I felt so relaxed and she was kind to make sure the pressure was right for me and that the massage table which was heated was a good temperature. She was very thorough included a stretching which did wonders for my lower back. Even with the soft music going on the walls are paper thin so you can hear the cars and when the next person came for their appointment I could hear them. Lower back pain is a condition that I have suffered with for years. A couple of weeks ago I was…read moreexperiencing pain that was a 9 vs the 1 or 2 that is typical for me. Owner Zubin T. greeted me with a look of concern and asked how I was doing and I told him that I was experiencing very bad back pain. He told me to give him a call to schedule an appointment. This I did only expecting a consultation to schedule future treatment sessions. This was not the case. Rubin performed a full evaluation through which he determined that I have some muscle weaknesses that contribute to my lower back pain. He told me that his goal was to give me the knowledge and exercises so that I would not need regular treatment. He patiently took the time to instruct me on exercises to strength my core and even video taped them for me as a reference. My visit with Zubin T. at Lake County Physical Therapy exceeded my expectations. I thank Zubin for his professionalism, expertise and kindness.
