An error by UPS created an emergency; I needed something delivered to a potential client, and it needed to be done within four hours. Worse, I was hundreds of miles away, and it was the busiest part of the Christmas season. The nearest couriers to the delivery location were either unable to help or out of business. I needed to use a courier service to deliver surprise balloons & cake to my honey's job for his birthday when I could not because of a work conflict. After googling I found Red Tie and decided to give them a try. I was really pleased with their service! I entered my request on the website and received a confirmation call 15 mins after submitting. The customer service rep I spoke with was very polite and went out of her way to make sure everything was correct. The pick up time was at 8 so I could make it to work by 8:30. They arrived at 7:50 which was much appreciated since I could not be late. The driver was equally polite and courteous as the phone rep. The delivery time was at 8:30 and I received delivery confirmation at 8:35! I couldn't be more pleased.
