Horrible service, wouldn't accept DHL packages because they "didn't have paperwork" how can you run a shipping company and not be aware of the different types of postage. Easy Post compacts the paperwork to be efficient so that it saves time and eliminates ink. Do better... You're supposed to be professionals. read more

I'm still thinking about my experience at this place from yesterday. Kathryn was just incredible. She treats every customer, old or new, like neighbors. Totally fitting for the South End neighborhood. I wish I had an excuse to hang out there longer. This is my first 1* rating - DO NOT GO THERE: Today my wife has sent out an envelope with USPS priority mail international, not express, with four sheets of paper in it, standard size. Nothing secial. They charged her $62.48. Online, it says $24.95. Do the math: That's a "surcharge" of 150% - or just rip off!!! Let your customers know beforehand! Now, you have at least one less!
