The employee said the black milk tea is made with Assam tea and it was pretty fragrant with a good balance of milk go tea but not really what I was looking for. In the cup that I added creme brulee, it made it really good. Would recommend adding it. The Hong Kong milk tea wasn't as creamy as it usually is, but definitely seemed pretty watered down.
