So this place cashes our rent checks and they won't cash the checks because they don't like the way…read morethe property owner collects his money at the apartments I live at it has been 30+ days and they still won't cash the checks even though they have been called and asked to, they don't even have the curtesy to pick up the phone, one of my neighbors called them and there excuse was they don't cash them till all the checks are there, our apartment manager picks up all the checks at one time so that excuse is out the window, they want to be petty and make the tenets suffer because they don't like the way the owner does things "not our fault" imagine living as a normal person with a 9-5 already struggling enough in this economy and having to worry about $4,300.00 being taken out of your account all at one time because people don't want to do there job you guys should be ashamed of yourself.
