As a tenant who has lived in multiple rentals, I can say Three Guys Properties provided the best experience we've ever had. Angie Swader was with us from day one when we toured the home, and was kind, patient, and helpful throughout our whole stay. Every question and problem was handled quickly and efficiently. When our stove broke a few days before Thanksgiving, they stepped up and somehow had a brand new stove purchased and installed in time for me to have Thanksgiving dinner on the table for my guests. I couldn't have accomplished that myself even if I went to the store and purchased it myself. I would've gladly stayed with this company for the long term, but when we had to unexpectedly break our lease because we had to relocate, I felt like Three Guys, Angie, and myself were a team. After having some difficult tenant issues where we were being threatened with legal action we hired three guys. Within days all the issues with the tenants were resolved, they have remain at the property and have continued to pay their rent timely and now are reportedly happy (even through a rent increase). Called on a rental. Told me that ESA dog is considered "regular dog" and that he could get an ESA cert for his animal for any reason. Totally rude, totally discriminatory, totally illegal. I will be reporting to DRE. No one with a legitimate ESA should be told their animal isn't protected under law, and they shouldn't feel pressured into disclosing their disability. I initially was just interested in a property listing, for those renting properties listen closely, Neil answered his phone. To add to that, he was very attentive for a short term $4k rental, so attentive in fact, that's I asked if he was also a realtor. He was, and pretty amazing at that as well. The market was hot, we closed in late July after numerous attempts 20% over ask. He kept us calm, made sure we stuck to the right areas and found us the perfect house. Great experience right? I'm not done! Neil and his partner Celso worked to find us another rental in the area during our rent back period so we didn't have to stay in a hotel or jump from Airbnb to Airbnb.
