This is my 1st review, and the 1st time I did sms marketing for my insurance agency, so I felt compelled to mention my experience. I worked with Kyle and Austin. I was very surprised at how easy it was to launch my campaign. I signed up for Red Triangle Media 2 for 1 promotion. That they advertise https://www.redtrianglemedia.us/mobile-marketing I had more questions I than normal as I kept asking for further clarification this being my 1st time at this mobile marketing stuff. They always responded to me quickly, helped me write my text message and launched my SMS with no issues. Very friendly team. Lots of options and competition in services and they really went the extra mile for me.
My only issue and why I did not give 5 stars is pricing. I wish I knew more of the fees upfront but did not know some of my request cost extra. In the end, it was ok. I got 3 new customers from the campaign which more than paid for the cost of it, so very surprised and satisfied. Would definitely recommend and use again. But just as a word of advice make sure you know your campaign cost and they will gladly explain.
