I had a website that they insisted i transfer over to there hosting platform. Only to find out that when i wanted to go with another company a couple years later they claimed the website was their property and they owned it. I had my site hosted on google and switched to their platform as per their request so they could "optimize it". That was a lie. And when i wanted to end services they made hollow threats that i would loose SEO and all the hard work they did (the site was already built they just copied it) would be lost. A new company i hired built me a site for free, I have in our contract that i own it now. And they are able to show me its performing better than before. I get weekly meetings with marketing strategies and ideas/ Progress updates on how things are performing. They constantly check in to see if i am happy with services. Every quarter we do a review of their work and how i have benefited from it. I am getting way better service for the same money with another company. This company is a joke. Maybe when people listened to the radio they were better but now they are running on fumes and everyone who works there is soaking up a paycheck.
