I was able to narrow down the warehouse in 876 Centennial Ave in Piscataway NJ. Keep in mind the tiny kiosk In Neiman Marcus in Charlotte NC sent it in. What would that take...Two days? So my bag is sitting there likely among a thousand others on a shelf waiting for repair....sent in Dec. 15th of 2021I have the Internal Repair form issued by Chanel Id love to post here if there were a photo button(guessing I'm not the first to try that) The problem I have is not only that they still have my bag...its the total lack of response and the dismissing the consumer... the manger of handbags at Neiman has called and contacted the person at this center for over a year as well. She finally gave me her contact info which I should be posting as well of the person at Chanel responsible for repairs...They have blatantly ignored Neiman as well..
