they only showed up for the down payment, still waiting on my 4200 dollars to be returned. red wolf is supposed to be a veteran owned company but i doubt it very much. they are thieves and crooks. read more

This roofing company is garbage. They're not sure how to perform their duties. Avoid hiring them to do your roof. Ever since my roof was replaced, it has continued to leak. I made several calls to them. Jason has always promised to send personnel to fix it. They never came to fix it, though. I should sue them with a lawyer. read more

I have no complaints about the roof itself. It looks great and is what I wanted, but this has been and continues to be the most unpleasant transaction I've ever had. Jason and Matt came out to our house to provide the estimate, run us through what they do, a bit about the company. This was our third estimate and we were ready to be done with the process. They provided a price similar to another quote, and much lower than one more. I cannot overstate the importance of getting multiple quotes when looking at roofing contractors. The difference you'll see is immense and some will try to take advantage of you with high pressure tactics. That said, they were pleasant to deal with and what really sold me was that Jason had told me that they didn't use subcontractors, giving that much more of a stake in a job well done. We received the quote and I paid the deposit the next day. They'd said they'd be out sometime in couple weeks. We didn't really receive any communication to give us the heads up until the day before. Not a big deal- I had already somewhat expected that. Dealing with contractors generally isn't the greatest experience, so I give a bit of leeway. The team came out on September 28th and installed the roof in a day. I paid the following day, but looking back on it, this was probably a mistake. I should have waited. It started to really rain near the end of the day, so there were a few things left that they said they'd be back to take care of- a cable from a disconnected satellite was hanging off the back of the house and IIRC, six squares of shingles sitting on a pallet in our front yard. They asked me to leave a good review, but the job wasn't done yet so I'd waited. So we waited for someone to come out. After a week or so went by, we reached out again about it. And waited again. Our lawn at this point died where the shingles had sit. Not much I could do about that, but I finally got my extension ladder out and got up to cut the wire myself. My ladder didn't reach high enough to get all of it and it was pretty ridiculous that it'd get to that point that I'd have to, so we reached out again and finally someone came out to get the wire- in an A1 Roofing shirt. At this point, I wasn't going to write a review. It wasn't THAT bad of an experience and was still a good looking roof done at a reasonable price. I figured paying that lower price was going to be a tradeoff in some way. Cue a few weeks later when I get a notice via certified mail that subcontractors would be installing my roof. I already knew that, but it was done and I didn't want to think about it anymore. If that certified mail would have shown up on time for me to know ahead of time, I might have changed my opinion on the install and knowing what to expect. So the roof is done and I'm soured on it, but not enough to warrant spending my time writing a review. November 14th, I receive certified mail again about this project- a "NOTICE OF INTENT TO FILE A LIEN" against my house for the amount of $4250.89. I had paid my part in full, but they failed to pay their parts supplier, so that parts supplier is intending to put a lien on MY PROPERTY for a project that I FULLY PAID for. I reached out to Red Wolf the same day, but surprise- no answer and their mailbox is full. I still had Matt's number, so I reached out to him next and he told me to IGNORE IT. IGNORE THE LIEN BEING FILED AGAINST MY PROPERTY FOR THEIR INABILITY TO PAY. He said he'd reach out to Jason about it and get back with me. I called again this morning to a full mailbox and no answer. I've heard nothing about it. I'm writing this in the hopes that SOMETHING can get their attention before the lien is filed for their inability to run a business properly. In looking at levelset.com, this is happening to multiple properties. If you take a single thing away from this, DO NOT USE RED WOLF ROOFING. This entire transaction has been the most awful expierience that I've ever had and I cannot imagine how anyone could have a good experience with them with the way this business is run. read more

Hired this company back in December of 2022 and job was finished in February of 2023. Was charged for resheeting the main roof and gutter guards and neither was done. The owner refused to fix the problem and is now making me take him to court read more

I hired this company to do my garage roof. On Oct. 25, 2022 I gave them a $750. After 9 months of them saying they would do it soon I told them I needed to hire another company before my roof caved in so wanted my money back. They never returned my money. I am a senior citizen on limited income and really need this money back. read more

Do not trust this company. Crooks. As soon as you hand over that check you'll hear every excuse in the book as to why they can't deliver. Beware. They took advantage of my family, took thier money and never completed the job. read more

The customer service was inadequate, and the people were really rude to my mother. The value of their work was poor. They do not keep their word on what they are going to repair in the contract. Service requested was a brand new roof and we did not receive the quality we paid for. read more

Wonderful company to work with. Great price for a whole roof, other companies wanted to charge a lot more. Customer service is outstanding. We waited about 5 weeks on the schedule to get the work done but for the season (early spring) that's not too bad. The roof is GREAT! Looks really nice! I can't stress enough how great Red Wolf Roofing is. Definitely recommend you call them if you're in the market for roofing, gutters or siding. read more
