I used their service before, they were nice at first…read more I came to them again for a repeat service and was expressing my upset about high prices everywhere, including lawyer fees, nothing to do with the woman I spoke too. I gave my card number and was expecting payment to be taken. The women hung up on me due to being offended and ended up not taking my payment and refused to put me on the lawyer calendar for representation. Worst part is the women clerk did not even tell me they didn't go to court for me and now I have a failure to appear because of this firm. They didn't tell me to find other representation and they made me believe they went and now I have a warrant for my arrest due to failure to appear that I have to pay even more to another lawyer to fix I would not use them unless your acting on your best behavior and make sure you don't offend them. Now I drive everyday in fear of being scanned by a cop and being pulled over and arrested for an issue that should never have happened and that could have easily been resolved if people would just listen and communicate properly and not take such easy offense when they see people in distress at the world. Now I may be arrested and treated like a murder with harsh treatment when I'm hard working new father trying to make ends meet in a world of corruption and greed. I would certainly like to hear the lawyers response since I have no way of getting in touch with him and all contact is through his secretary Also if there is any dispute about the conversations that were had, I hope there are recordings we can listen back on to prove what I'm saying actually happened, because I don't want someone to say I'm lying, so I'm trying to get the proof needed.

Don't, just don't. We have used Bell and Browne, specifically Mr. Browne and his assistant Tana, in…read morethe past. My husband found Mr. Browne years ago to put together documents that any good attorney would have given him advice on. Instead charged around $500 just to type up documents. Most recently of this current year we paid Mr. Brownes office $750 to go to court and regain funds due to us from an individual (3 payments). We have only received two out of the three payments we paid Mr. Browne to recoup for us from said individual. Upon trying to get the third payment, Note: this has been going on since February. After multiple e mails to their office, we have only received one phone call back, and several ignored e mails as to where our remaining funds are. Use another attorneys office in Asheboro. The high prices here and poor deliveries do not suffice.

That being said, however , they have a competitor called SMX Staff Management group at ENERGIZER BATTERY plant 1. when I was working, the SMX staffing employees that walked over to my Assembly packing position before I finished my shift, while I was still working, stood as close to me as possible, and there was no physical position for them to be in my place, until my shift ended. I turned around as one Latino woman was literally in my elbow space and said "excuse me but Im trying to do my job". She was actually attempting to hold a conversation over the assembly line where I stood. She did not speak English. There was 5 of them. This is one of the many reasons why I voted for President Trump. MEGA FORCE needs to be the only staffing agency that Energizer plant 1 has. Their people worker safer, smarter, and don't insult the AMERICAN industrial worker. Why has ENERGIZER BATTERY allowed this?

I hired her for a DUI charge and after almost 3 years of going back and forth, today we won our case.
