She sashe would let me know. 2 weeks later she calls and said credits good but I can't find your paperwork. Said she would call back and nothing for a month. She finally calls wanting to know it im still interested. I called her back and said no because of the rude behaviors I don't want to have to deal with someone who is freaking out a lot when there's no reason for anything. I then got another call saying first off I didn't loose your papers and that I should look elsewhere. I am looking elsewhere and I haven't been treated harsh, rude. Debbie needs some anger management class as well as manners!

Many rules and regulations, much management involvement in residents lives. Felt more like a reform colony that has to be supervised lest you break one of their many rules. Very noisy-windows look out on the walkway between the buildings where residents walk to and from their apartments. Please consider that you are not going to get your deposit back when you move out, and any portion of it will be held for over 2 months. Single man lived there for 4 years, no excessive wear and tear, no damage to anything, they held on to almost $500 of the $700 deposit and only returned any of it in more than 2 months, after being told of impending legal action.
