I booked online and they require a card on file with a $25 deposit. All documents were signed online easily and when I arrived in it was so fast and easy. They offered water or champagne which I declined as I was there for an IV lol, but it's that extra touch for a spa which is nice. Samantha took me in very fast and offered an upgrade to a liter bag which I took. The whole process was amazing and comfortable. Samantha was also very helpful in informing me about other services they offer which I absolutely will look in to as they business made a great impression on me, Im definitely open to more services by them!

But I ended still doing it there due to previous bad experience from other places which left me with horrible brown spots all over my legs that lasted 18 months. I came to this place because they advertise different saline solution that won't cause staining. If it's true or not I will never know. On the other hand, this clinic also advertise the treatment with Dr. Bragg and at the end you never even get to see him. The procedure is done by the nurse. Nothing bad to say about her, she's probably better than him. She's done amazing so far.

While I understand that the balance is associated with DermPath Diagnostics, I want to reiterate that I was very clear from the beginning that I needed to be informed of all costs, including any external laboratory charges, before any procedures were conducted. The assurance I received during my visit was that the $278.60 I paid would cover all expenses, including laboratory work, which was done on your premises. I was specifically told that the $278.60 included the laboratory work. If any of your employees made a wrong assumption or gave me incorrect information, I cannot be held liable for that. This misinformation was provided on at least three separate occasions--during my initial call, when I arrived, and during my consultation with the nurse. I was very clear from the start, and you can verify this with your staff. Due to the negligence or bad business practices, the American Institute of Dermatology should be responsible for paying DermPath Diagnostics. I was misled and essentially lied to, despite making my expectations clear from day one. At this point, I stand by my previous statement that I will only be responsible for the charges already paid--$278.60 and $65.85. I will not be paying the $369.52 from DermPath Diagnostics or any additional charges, and I have canceled my future appointments with your office due to these issues. I live on the East side of Lake WalesDr Rotman introduced me to his colleague Dr Chris, I believe. He is delightful. On my 2nd appointment I (very embarrassed)had to ask if I could mail in my $10 copay at the end of the month. The woman behind the desk was very nasty and made me 100 times more embarrassed than I already was. At the Sebring office they always wanted to bill me. But I usually paid on the spot. We are going through a tough time which should improve by sometime next month. It's the first time this has ever happened to us. I will go back in November when I have another appointment. Forget it, just go to the front and explain your issue to someone else. It worked for me. Kristen in the room didn't know if I needed to be numbed for a procedure (I had to ask her) what order to numb me (they added mouthwash as an extra step) then doesn't listen to my question about the product that's banked, instead quotes another product in a rude tone like she's the authority of what I'm going to do.
