But as they have grown.... Things have changed. Let me start by saying .. Yes they do a great job but the service and the way business is ran can be a little shady. When we first started coming the eyebrow wax was $20 a person. A little pricier than I was use to but for the quality I found it worth it. Note- You must pay 1/2 of your service on their website upfront in order to make an appointment and then in person pay the other half after your appointment is complete. Well one time I was running late to my appointment with my boyfriend due to work and I text them (their preferred way of communicating per their website)to let them know I was running late but would be there asap. They replied and said it was fine that meand my boyfriend were late and thanked us for letting them know. .. I was super apologetic and embarrassed ( I hate being late) I arrive to the appointment and they greet me and see I am 12 min late. They grabbed the owner (btw they mainly speak Spanish here) and told them I was late .. The owner said they could no longer take me and my boyfriend because the next people were waiting. He explained that they specifically make appointments 15 min apart to fit in as many people.... Well I was upset .. very upset. I started crying .. He had no empathy and had an attitude when explaining .. (we were leaving for Hawaii the next morning and I really 2wanted my fresh brows).... I felt like I did my part... I called and they said it was fine .. then the owner was now refusing to take us. When I saw there was no changing his mind to take us late.. I then asked for a refund of my 20$ for my appointment deposit since they were no longer providing us the service (me and my boyfriend) and they said I lost the deposit...This is when I full on started crying in front of everyone due to the insult to injury. One of the waxers felt so bad and said she would do mine super quickly and she understood my frustration after the owner walked away... I was so thankful for her in that moment ..her name was Genesis. She was an angel and even gave me tissues to wipe my tears. Well, even after that incident we came again because they honestly do a great job and that girl won my business with her kind nature... They raised the prices for eyebrows for men to 30$ and for women to 25$. That is a little ridiculous for Kissimmee /Orlando . Considering they continue to raise prices ,the experience I had and also I have seen/ heard where they talk poorly about their customers... I can no longer make excuses and continue to come...it's a shame because their service was done well but I cannot support a business that is so money hungry and unprofessional.
