He would be great if you are not a target! If you are a target then a house he inspects will NEVER sell. He uses phrases like "appears to be" and "may have been". A roof on a 16 year old house that is "15 to 20" years old. So he doesn't commit but is certain to cover his butt and throws the homeowner under the bus. Too bad because seeing an honest appraisal can help the owner learn of things that need to be done. Not bring in a microbiologist, arborist, honestly, not helpful at all for either party.
