Rachel, my real estate Agent, was aware of my concerns about buying older homes and the issues that can come up. I knew I would most likely need to spend some money, especially on an older home, but I did not want to be blindsided. We used this guy for a home purchase in April. We recently closed and moved into that property and…read morewithin four days we noticed glaring issues that were not addressed in our inspection such as two dead squirrels along with a HUGE squirrel nest in our attic, mice burrowing in our basement insulation, mouse feces in our ceiling tiles, three large gaps in our garage door and seal, clogged toilets in every bathroom. This is after having a lengthy conversation during the inspection about mice and him spending several minutes in our attic. Reminder this is only four days in! So long story shorten up, please don't ever use this guy. We are a week into our home and have thousands upon thousand of dollars worth of repairs that could have been avoided. Side note: Yes, I've expressed my concerns with this person and have yet to receive any communication back
