It's such a close together community church which is definitely what I was looking for. My partner enjoyed that there were a lot of other police officers whom attend this church as well. Even my next door neighbor who invited me to the church is married to a police officer. Definitely need to keep all our police officers in our prayers always. I definitely plan to make this my second home and join the many groups they have to offer such as a woman's group and a couples group. :)))) We get to volunteer our services to others who need it in God's name. Thank you for a wonderful service today. For safety people do sit far apart and we wore our mask, others wear it as well.

Shortly after moving to Boynton Beach, FL five years ago my husband and I discovered St. Thomas More and never looked elsewhere. Father Vargas and Father Harris have an incredible way of engaging the parishioners with well thought out and relatable content to ponder. Various trips, activities, and fund raisers are offered to parishioners to voluntarily participate. Lastly, I've never seen such beautifully groomed grounds with places for people to reflect, pray, and enjoy.

This church also has children and youth, men's and women's ministries. Weekly ministries include faith formation. bible study, and prayer. One of their community outreach projects is to partner with Cros Ministries in Lake worth to support the Live Fresh Shower Truck that provides showers for the homeless of Delray Beach and to help seniors sign up for the SNAP program to get supplemental food services. I was able to visit the church during the Women's Fellowship sponsored fall rummage sale in the Friendship Center. Various gently used items including clothes, books, jewelry, and home decor were for sale. My favorite find was a Kitchen Aid Mixer stand mixer for $25. The members of this church were so sweet and welcoming. I was really able to find some great treasures while supporting this worthy organization and their community outreach.

The sermon was one part modest maintenance giving campaign. The rest was an inspiring brief delve into the rapture and end times. I REALLY appreciated the delve into the rapture and what could happen. Not in my entire life has a pastor tried to explain this to me and why we are so close now to this possibility. We will attend again out of curiosity, I'm hoping for more. Edited to add: we also received their "God on Film" flyer for their summer campaign sermon. I reviewed it and thought it was a bit gimmicky and hokey, but almost a little desperate. And then I thought, isn't saving people from satan also a desperate act? So here I am giving this place a chance even thought today I'm fairly sure we were the only new people. The music and sermon was good.
