I am sure that Jason from "Redemption Windows and Doors" is a standup guy as he would not have been referred to me by a major window company. However, I would have appreciated that the taken the time to come over personally and speak to me about my window project as that was the service I received from all other Window Companies. Instead, I sent him pictures and measurements but it was 3 weeks later before I received a bid for the work and it was wrong. Not what we discussed, so when you wait 3 weeks how can you expect to remember your customers details...Really!!! He stated he was busy with other customers, I get that and this indicated that he must be good at what he does so thats good. His bid came in the middle of my other bids, but I in the end I chose a company that took interest in my project and a company that took the time to work with me in person. read more
