The people I've worked with at ReadyCap are responsive, friendly, and can get things done - that's all you can really ask for in a good bank. Also, when it comes to reading reviews on banks, be aware that many banks will be reviewed based on things out of the bank's control (usually whether the business loaned on made the borrower "rich and famous," or bankrupt). Banks shouldn't be your sole source of due diligence and/or valuation, and if loans default (which happens for every bank), that's not ReadyCap's fault. Business ownership has massive inherent market and/or management risks. Also remember that SBA loans, and many of the loan programs available, are backed by the government which is inherently slow and often have timelines out of control for many banks. So make sure to think ahead to plan for unavoidable delays and contingencies. The banking system in America may not be lightning fast or perfect, but ReadyCap can get things done in that system whereas many other banks will often over-promise and under deliver.

I have told them this and showed them statements to prove I have received no money. They do not care. I have been offering to make a payment plan with them since December 2024 for $1,000 per month. They refused and said they do not except payment plans. They reached out to me today to offer a payment plan of $5,000 per month which I can't afford and they refuse to work with me or help me. I am on the verge of getting an attorney. If they had accepted my offer in December, they would have been almost paid off by now. Run from this company. I have also filed a BBB complaint and looking a legal options.
