I got a set of almost brand new Blizzak's for my car a few yrs ago. I ended up paying less then $300 for them to switch my old rims, balance them and install all 4 tires. Best tires I've ever had! If they don't have what you're looking for, they'll find them for you. I had a hubcap get stolen off a rental car the one time and couldn't find another one anywhere in the area. I guess that certain car usually came with 16" tires, and that year they decided to change them to 17" tires, for their new model. It was next to impossible to try and get that stupid hubcap anywhere! Even the dealership didn't have any in stock! The one kid that worked there at the time, ended up tracking one down for me and had it delivered to the shop the next day! They always have great staff working for them and actually seem to care about their customers, unlike some other auto wreckers around the corner from them!

They have been instructed by the property owner not to block the back yard gates of the home owners, yet they were caught on camara deliberately moving the company cars from infront of the store to to block a home owners gate all the way down the fence line and did not move the cars once during the day. When all this is being done the store manager turns a blind eye. Are these the type of people you want to do busniss with? There are better options to buy auto supplies.

For $79 all in, that's not what I expected. Yes I have a Shevy Cobalt LT 2010, with just the basic upgrades so maybe it wasn't so much fun to clean which is why it was left a little dirty? First the dash was dirtier than when I started because they left so much lint behind. I called someone out and they spent 5 min fixing that issue which was really good on them in terms of service. Other problems I had though was vacuuming was just mediocre, there was still a ton of dirt and large ish yellow particles on the carpet that wasn't even ground in, it was loose. Next they missed missed my cup holder entirely, and the entire manual shifter area was still dirty including loose dirt on leather cover. All in all it was 'fine' for a $30, maybe $40 clean but in no way was it worth the $69+ tax I paid.

Due to the poor fit of the bumper I purchased it would take 10 hours of labour in order for it not to look like it was zip-tied to the car. It was at least 3-4 inches not wide enough. Point zero's customer service after the fact was atrocious. I have never had someone argue on the phone with me as much, nor refuse to accept a return on a product that is clearly defective. It is understood that an aftermarket part may require a bit of fitting, but this was clearly way too much. They refused to accept a return, and have been very difficult. I would suggest going elsewhere. Find some customer service, and peace of mind with another shop.

Half way driving home the maps stop working. I had to go again and they took another hour to correct a connection. Now that summer is here I turn on the AC and it's not working . Turns out they had short circuited the area. I was in toronto and ended up paying more. They over charged also as I found out in missisauga it's done for half the price. Their customer service was awful . So beware and find another place.
