Now it has been more than 7 months, more than 20 calls, multiple promises from the secretary that she would have them come out and finish. Still nothing. My house is completemy finished now minus the plumbing. So it is un-habitable. I cant sell it and can't live in it. One month ago I finally filed a better business compliant and still nothing. It started malfunctioning in the early part of the winter during that super cold stretch. On off - on off... I sure didn't want it to die during the night. I panicked and called a different company out to ck the heater over. Whoever Mike's Mechanical sent out forgot to clean some basic little temperature probe. The new service guy hooked up a meter, up came a code and it ID'd the problem instantly. The new guy cleaned the probe and the furnace has been functioning fine ever since.
