When you question a change in your care the "provider(s) " go on the defensive and become downright nasty and accuse the pt of everything from mental issues to being nuts yes in those words . Once they kick you out if you can't get in to a new provider due to covid for beyond a month and you are on meds you are stuck! New providers local are inundated by patients fleeing this creep . Take heed if you love your family and want the best care for yourself and family RUN like your life depends on it because it does ! They will abandon you to the actual definition of patient abandonment. RUN and take your loved ones with you PLEASE !

She is incredibly nice and spends the time needed to really get to the root of the issue. If you have the opportunity to request her for your visit, I promise you'll be glad you did. Some of those medical workers are unprofessional & are enabled to disrespect patients, especially minority ones. One of the male workers was giving dirty looks to random patients in the waiting room. I suspect due to racial prejudice & also sexism, he didn't do it to the non-minority patients in that place. Another worker was performing blood-work on a patient & she was behaving in a passive-aggressive demeanor from the get-go. She was talking in a catty, rude manner & tone the entire time. Then her strange, unstable behavior escalated towards the patient who was actually calm & civil during the entire encounter, unlike her. Assumed her actions was also because of racial-prejudice, she acted normal & acted polite with the non-minority patients, yet was completely the opposite towards the patients who didn't look Caucasian. I guess both of those workers forgot who's land they're on. Anyways she kept roughly & loudly throwing items in the trash bin, nearby her. While she was taking the patient's blood, she jabbed the needle into the patient's arm aggressively in a stabbing motion. Was a very belligerent gesture & just inconsiderate. I guess she thought she was going to try to "intimidate" the patient for having the "audacity" to seek care & get her blood-work done. I've studied in healthcare & that's not how taking bloodwork is supposed to be performed. It's supposed to be done in a careful, calm demeanor & set-up. I'm aware she knew that too, I'm not dumb & can't imagine what else she's done to other patients in secret. If this medical practice's workers can't hold back their awkward & malicious, weird little compulsions to mistreat, harm/assault random patients for no reason, then they need to find somewhere else to work. Nobody has to deal with that unacceptable behavior because they're minority, especially as a woman of color. Not to mention & after that all happened, I've had two other people tell me that some of the medical rooms are dirty, some of them have dirty floors & one of the rooms had a dirty floor with some food wrappers on the floor, near the bed. That's disgusting & can't be trusted to be treated properly if I got to worry about catching a infection from bacteria & filth.

Especially if you are a minority person, I'm not dumb & I got the behavior figured out. This medical practice has strange smells in certain rooms, & some of their medical tools appeared to be dirty, improperly cleaned & sanitized. Pretty hard to believe that I can trust workers to know what they're doing & provide good care, when they don't even know how to keep their office cleaned as it's supposed to be. However they maintain their homes, they can refrain from doing the same in this practice. It's just that simple. Anyways, one of their receptionist workers will answer the phone with a rude attitude, play phone-tag, immaturely hang up on patient in the middle of a phone call for no reason. One of their medical-greeters (Who's too old for her nonsense) was giving dirty looks (Looking all up & down at a patient, pulling overdramatic & petty, rude gestures at the patient, talking in a impatient, condescending tone.), acted childishly & had this over-the-top, weird & erratic behavior towards others for no reason. It had no logic at all & made no sense. Trying to embarrass somebody, so I'll embarrass her back. She made a uncomfortable, awkward unnecessary interaction just because she saw a woman who looked different from her, who appeared for a appointment & she got mad about it. Just like a Karen lol. When people are employed to work with the public & this includes in healthcare, they are required to do their job correctly & simply provide actual proper medical care, which means to address & handle the patient's health & concerns. Check them in for their appointment & then let them leave when their appointment is done, with no issues. Nothing more, nothing less. Know the difference & get it right
