Edgar was courteous, prompt, and responsive to my inquiries. He arrived as he said he would and kept the worksite tidy. He also gave me updates as he was working. During the winter rains year after year since I moved into my home in 2020, water has leaked from the roof into the interior of my home. A roofing company worked on it and their solution was to change the paper... so the paper was changed after the rainy season. Here comes the rains of 2021 and the leak is still there in the same area. So the same company comes out since their work had warranty and their solution is to add another layer of paper after the rains have come and gone. Here comes the rains of 2022 and the same leaks. Roofing company comes out again and says their paper is fine and flashing needs to be installed even though flashing already exists and that it is something they do not do. Inquiries to other roofing companies were the same as the initial solution... change the paper. Had enough with roofing companies at this point. I get in touch with Edgar and inform him of what was suggested by the roofing company. I send him pictures and he responds with a different solution. He was able to do what no roofing company that worked on my roof in 2020, 2021, and 2022 could do... he got my roof to FINALLY stop leaking during the rainy season with his honest solution of sealing the exterior area where the water is entering, which is where the roof meets the wall. So this 2023 rainy season is the first time since I moved in that there's no water leaking from the roof to the interior of the house. This review is overdue since he did the job months ago, but the quality of his work could only be tested during the rainy season. Thank you so much Edgar. I needed to replace my raised cedar flower beds and Edgar arrived 15 minutes early, assembled three 2 by 8 foot flower beds and one 2 by 2 foot flower bed, attached a gate to create a patio entryway, and took apart and carted away the old flower beds. Edgar is pretty amazing. He is our go to handy man at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Redlands-Riverside. We had several things that needed to get done such as changing the water filter in our water bottle fill station and he had to go to the store a few times to get the correct tool but he made sure we had clean water for our kiddos. He also changed the light tubes in our restrooms and adjusted the motion sensor timers. Edgar also assebled a desk for us and moved a large file cabinet so we can have the office space ready for our new hire.
