From the beginning, One Stop Plumbing stood out because of their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail. Terence came out and provided a complete, line-by-line estimate that clearly explained the work to be performed. This was very important to me because several of the other contractors I contacted provided incomplete estimates or vague information. I like having everything clearly documented, and One Stop Plumbing delivered exactly that. Communication was another area where One Stop Plumbing really impressed me. They were consistently responsive to my many emails and text messages, while some of the other contractors I contacted were difficult to reach. I was kept informed and updated throughout the entire process, which gave me confidence that everything was being handled properly. Terence was excellent from start to finish. He called before arriving to let me know he was on his way, arrived right on time, and came fully prepared with all the equipment and materials needed for the job. He was extremely thorough with his work and took the time to walk me through each repair once everything was completed to make sure I was completely satisfied. The quality of the work was outstanding. Everything was completed properly and to my satisfaction, and Terence left the area spotless when he was finished. I also really appreciate the hard work he put in while working in 100+ degree temperatures that day. Despite the heat, he remained professional and focused on doing the job right. After comparing five contractors, I can confidently say I made the right choice with One Stop Plumbing and Terence S. I live in a rental house, built sometime in the 1940's. Any repairs can be a challenge. My landlord contracted with Handyman Lomeli to replace a toilet (vintage 1940's) and replace the thermostat Excellent communication. I was able to uninstall the shower head, install the filter and reinstall the shower head in one bathroom, but I didn't have the tools or elbow grease to do the same in the second bathroom. Within minutes of submitting the request, I received a message from Nick with his cell phone number, asking me to send him photos of the work. I texted him and he responded quickly confirming he could do the work with an estimate and potential time to schedule the job. He required a small deposit via Zelle. I was a little skeptical about the deposit, but he affirmed his business means more to him than the deposit and his word is worth more as well. He was able to get me on the schedule the following day and confirmed a time later that evening. That day, he texted me telling me when he was on his way and with an estimated time of arrival. When he arrived, he got straight to work. He confirmed the shower head was REALLY on there! He was able to remove it, as well as the stupid flow restrictor I'd asked the previous plumber to not install--but he did anyway--threaded the connections, and installed the shower filter and shower head quickly. He also gave me an opportunity to douse the shower head in Lime Away before reinstalling! We tested the connection and he made one minor adjustment and then was done! He charged me his minimum rate and it was worth it. Very nice gentleman, very professional and honest! I appreciate he takes Zelle and Venmo. He informed me of some of the other types of projects he does as well, and I intend to use his services in the future! Thank you, Nick!
