Also, I could not find a single store directory or map in the entire place! There is a mix of stores you might never heard of if you're from the U.S. along with some familiar names. My favorite is the L'Occitane au Bresil store which features skincare products made in Brazil with Brazilian ingredients. Some of the staff in the various stores spoke some English and others not. Knowing a few Portuguese phrases will serve you well. I was disappointed that there was no store selling souvenirs for those who might want to pick up something for friends or family back home. On the top floor is a large selection of various restaurants to suit nearly any taste. Definitely give this center a visit if you want to shop in Rio!
