He said the job would take 4 days maximum. It took him a month to complete the job! Some weeks he or his crew would show up for a day or two. Some days they only worked a few hours. He said our lawn would be put back as to how the found it before starting the job. I had to level the dirt mounds they left. My husband and I had to install the stepping stones. He is very unreliable. He always has an excuse for not showing up. At times, he wouldn't return our phone calls. He did not weather proof the system like he said he would. The top of the turn off and on valve broke. He said it was our fault. We didn't even know anything about operating the sprinkler. I had to call another company to come turn it on for us. I am in the process of taking him to Small Claims Court.
