I was told the cleanup could not be completed because of rain, yet the company still came out and mowed the lawn on two separate occasions. Unfortunately, I was not aware that the lawn had been mowed twice, which led to confusion regarding billing. I paid the first invoice, but I did not realize a second invoice had been generated until later. The biggest issue was communication. Updates were either very limited or non-existent, making it difficult to know what services were being performed, when they were being performed, or why scheduled work was being canceled. Clear and timely communication could have prevented much of the confusion and frustration. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company for customers who expect reliable scheduling and consistent communication.

There weren't many baked goods available but it was late in the afternoon (nearly 4) when we visited. The plants however, WOW! So many beautiful specimens of annuals, perennials, shrubs, and many trees. We bought a hard to find Meyer Lemon tree which was in very good condition and has fruit that will be maturing soon. I had a follow up question once the job was done and got the same incredible service! Don and the crew were out so quickly once we decided what we wanted to do. They had the job tore down and up again without causing any of us (our household or the adjoining yards) any undo stress (dogs :) ) Coy, Riley and Caleb were a great addition to the job and very professional, respectful and skilled. We replaced a board on board cedar with cap for the same. It was done perfectly! Great value! Great product! Both Don and Autumn have let us know they are available if we have any further question or need anything regarding the fence. Our flower beds needed major landscaping work. The team cleaned out the beds, pruned the plants and mulched. We also had trees and plants outside the flower beds trimmed and removed as well. Grass seed was planted to cover bare spots and it's growing in nicely. They also provide our regularly scheduled lawn mowing. The pricing is reasonable and they are always willing to work within our budget. Our yard at home and our families' properties in Sand Springs and Bixby are looking fantastic! I have low swampy areas and the wide expanses are "lumpy." they blamed it on the rain/mud... but they were the ones who chose to do the job when the ground was wet and rain was in the forecast. I pointed out issues along the way and was assured that they would get fixed. even after they were done and I pointed out issues I had, they said they would come back to address them -- but of course didn't. I can't say I'd recommend them for grading or sod laying... if you need something simple, they might do a fine job.

They call us over the weekend, saying "be there monday", again No call, no show. At this point, I was over them, but my roomates insisted we give another shot, as they could be busy. They tell us that they will be there on Wednesday. Not to too much surprise, they called an hour before their scheduled appointment saying "we can get you in tomorrow now". They had not been by to give a quote, our yard has a privacy fence with a locked gate, that they would have no way to see what the yard looks like to give it a quote, yet still quoted us the price of $40. Would not recommend for anyone who wants reliability from people they do business with.

I contacted Josh to install some permanent Govee holiday lights. He stayed in contact with me…read moretelling me of his arrival time and he was prompt. He started early installing the lights and mentioned some ideas on hiding the power brick in the attic and running the power wires out the soffit. It was a great idea. Josh is a very motivated young man who takes a tremendous amount of pride in his work. He ran into several obstacles installing the lights on peaks and roof jumps and was totally open to alternative wiring runs to make the install look cleaner. Josh is a perfectionist, which is refreshing for a person of his age. Josh worked about 10 hours installing our lights and making sure the installation met our expectations. I can tell you that his professionalism and work ethic exceeded our expectations. He wouldn't leave until we made sure we were happy with the install. I would highly recommend Josh (JPA) for any work that you may need completed. His price is more than fair and I've already recommended him to a couple of our neighbors.

JPA installed a 4" French drain and a 4" downspout drain on the south side of my house where I had…read morestanding water for much of the year. Josh and his crew were professional and worked very hard, running the two lines in separate trenches that extended the entire length of my yard. They came into contact with clay and several large rocks that slowed down their progress a bit, but their attitudes remained positive and I never saw them slow down. On the last day of work Josh came by himself and worked for several hours because he "wanted everything to be right". I highly recommend JPA Landscape for drains, or any other landscaping needs you may have. These guys have the right equipment, strength, and attitude.
