As a smaller grocery store, they carry items that bigger grocery stores do not carry. I specifically went in here, looking for specialty salt, and I found it. I came in here looking for the brand "Real Salt" and I found it in different sizes! A smaller container used for table salt, and a bigger container to refill the table salt size. They also have a specific area that offers natural products like deodorant, and essential oils. I was pleasantly surprised that they had this section, and even had someone specifically standing in this area to help you look for something specific. But what really sold me "SOLD ME" on this store was finding milk in a glass bottle! I know that's kind of old school, but when it comes to milk, I'm all for "old-school" it should be served/it should come in a glass bottle - pretty nostalgic over here about my milk! As a little girl, the milkman used to come to the house delivering milk in a crate, and all in glass bottles. Some things are just done better in "old" ways in my opinion! And this milk, specifically STRAUS Family Creamery brand, OMG - this blew my mind! It was the BEST chocolate milk I've ever tasted. Like, EVER. Of course, it's organic. This confused the system which then did not want to help the cashier make bill change...the cashier did not know how to make bill change on their own. 100-67=33 not hard, he had issues. Only wanted to do 32, told him he had been given exact change, did the math, said his till would balance. He was not sure. Maybe allow the system to take exact coin change without rounding. Maybe don't do built in auto theft when exact change is offered. Just a thought. I understand the rounding when exact change is not offered but when it is accept it.

There are many businesses in the area so be prepared to circle. The staff at this location are alright. It's pretty hit and miss. Not as chatty as the other stores in Salt Lake and some are less friendly than expected. Again I'll blame being such a small location and having to do a lot of work to keep up with demand. Event hough it's small, they are constantly receiving and restocking their items. Shelves are neat and bins are filled full of items. If you're looking for essentials come here.
