I gave it 5 stars but that rating wasn't averaged into the overall total or even shown in the "English Language" category. So I'm reposting it below. I received excellent service and I believe the business should be recognized for providing it. 5 stars. My vehicle is 5 month old. Went to Tuacahn on Friday, returned to my car after the performance to find to find a dent in an otherwise pristine car. Along with the dent was about 3 inches of paint from the white car door that did the damage. The next day I cleaned the paint as best I could but was left with the dent and some of the paint that I couldn't remove. I found Rick at Dent Master after calling my insurance agent since I figured the agent would have found the best person in Washington county for this type of work. I couldn't be happier. There is absolutely no evidence of the dent or paint residue. And my car has a clear coat over the paint color and Rick was able to repair the problem without harming this layer. As for Jay L.'s review, my experience was obviously different. (I read the other reviews before posting mine) When I called Rick he told me I could stop by during the next hour but after that he'd be out delivering a vehicle. He gave me a rough estimate of what the work might cost. I drove to his shop to get a firm cost. When I got there the actual cost was the lowest number in the range. Can't remember the last time that happened. I asked if he could make the repair then, he said yes, and the whole thing took about 45 minutes. I couldn't be happier. Rick did a great job - better than I thought possible - for the amount he quoted and in a reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend him.
