Expensive. Scratched drivers window, neglected to tell us. When we took car back, they said " we didn't do it, we forgot to tell you window was scratched. Back window too light, would not fix. Wanted additional money to put another-layer of tint on window. Receptionist. (Salesperson) new very little about tint products. Would not recommend . I have taken 4 vehicles in past to have work done. Good job in past. Thus, 2 stars. No customer appreciation. read more

I've gotten my windows tinted at several places throughout the years depending on which city I'm living at when the need arises. Redrock seems to know what their doing. When some lovely blonde female UHP officer decided to flip a U on the freeway and pull me over for window tint... I took it as a sign I needed to go darker. Redrock was willing to accommodate my request which pleased me. I wanted to give these guys a try, they've been around for years so why not right? They got me right in, they did a great job on the windows. My only complaint is they seemed about 20 bucks higher for the front two roll ups, than anyone else I've ever used. Would I go back? Sure! Would I recommend them? Absolutely! Just know there are cheaper places but sometimes you do get what you pay for. read more

4th car taken to get tinted. Just got the car a couple weeks ago. Took ot to the dealership to get the paint and interior protectant. After took it to get the windows tinted. There were scratches all over the car. Now I have to take it back tomorrow to see if the owner can buff them out. So disapointed. If this had happened in a parking lot, it would have been more expected. Not with someone you trusted. Then to hear them try to excuse themselves. How irritating! My sister had her van done for cheaper at another shop and was so proud of herself for getting her van done cheaper then I had gotten my Yukon. With in about 6 months hers was piling up. I guess you get what you pay for. Red Rock will fix their mistakes like if they didn't do it as dark as you ordered. They are so booked you might I have too reschedule, that is another trip, but that is how life is sometimes. I will recommend them to anyone!! read more

DO NOT GET YOUR WINDOWS TINTED HERE, TRUST ME. I went in for a small tint job on my from window visor tint on a 2001 Tahoe, here`s how it went. Everything seemed fine at first as I waited for the customer who was ahead of me to get his car after his tint job, we were both outside waiting. The guy who does the tint, HE`S GOT RED HAIR and is skinny, brought the guy his car out, driving it outside from his shop. I noticed the guy was complaining about some of the tint not sticking or fitting properly, he didnt` look too happy but the installer fixed a few things here and there and the guy left, I didn`t think too much about it really. The installer (RED HEAD GUY) then came to get my truck, I thought he had a bad attitude right away, seems like every time I ever see him he is very short with people including me. I told him what I wanted and how I wanted it, I even measured the size of my tint to let him know how far down I wanted it to go on my front windshield to keep the sun out and still be able to see ok, we agreed on 5in from the top of the window down, we even taped the measurements off so he would know how far down to go. The installer came back otu and asked me if it was ok that the tint was down about an inch farther than what I told him, he cut too long, I checked it out and let him slide on that one and said that`s fine...(HIS FIRST MISTAKE) I waited about 45 minutes then he drove my truck out of the bay to where I was waiting. I checked his job and instantly noticed a 2 in crease in the tint and it was also not adhering to the window in both corners so I went back in to tell him, he didn`t seem too happy about it, like I was bothering him or something, he was very rude. He came out to my truck, broke out his razor blade knife and quickly cut the corner off on the drivers side, not a smooth cut either, it was all jagged and uneven on the whole left side now and looked like crap, he was going to leave it that way. I told him that it looks like crap like that, and that the right side now is much longer than the left and covered my entire inside window which looked clean and professional, so I asked him to fix it. He then proceeded to cut off about an inch on the right side so both sides would look the same, and he did. He told me the crease would come out and the bubbles too. I got home and let the tint bake in the sun all day, today also, bubbles are still there, so is the crease. I also noticed my front window was all smeared up and tint shavings all over my floor and dash, he never even took the time to clean up after himself. When he was outside fixing his mistakes in my truck I was standing on the other side of my truck with door open moving some things around in my glove box, he looked at me and said, I can`t do this with you watching me, I was like what??? I`m not watching you, I wasn`t, and even if I was we were out front of the store in my truck with the doors open, he`s got some nerve I tell you. I have had my windows tinted many times throughout my life and I can honestly say this was the absolute worst job and experience I have ever had. If you want a cheap unprofessional job and to be treated like you don`t matter and that you`re just another dollar in his pocket by all means head on over and get treated like a dog. However, if you want a professional job with someone who actually cares about their work and customers I HIGHLY suggest finding somewhere else to go...just being honest. read more

I had my windows done here and I had major problems with the tint. One passenger door window had a huge bubble in it. My back window film was cut like the Tetons along the bottom and didn't even cover the bottom. Upon talking with the owner, he told me I was going to have to make an appt. A month out to fix it and wanted my car for the whole day. I went else where to have it fixed. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone else. Wet Willies in Cedar fixed me at my expense.
