This brings in a series of locals and regulars. A lot of these just gamble away. Of course there's other reasons. It's about $3 for cocktails at happy hour. They have this on weekdays. Also sometimes there might be food. There's pizza, the kind made from frozen in a toaster oven but still looks okay it seems. For sure it's great for those who like to gamble.
