There were rooms and rooms full of stuff, and some of the areas were dead ends so you had to turn around and go back the way you came in. The mall was up two flights of stairs, however there was a chair lift available.

Parents are deceased and dad is recent. We are trying to clean the house and interview estate…read morecompanies. I contacted Joan and made an appointment for her to come to the house. She was about 20 mins late, snobbish/snotty, and didn't even due a full walk through. She walked in and saw the living/dining room, family room and stopped at kitchen. Said it was not going to work as there is too much stuff and too much cleaning needs to happen. Was here for about 10 mins and left. Very unprofessional!
