They were the quickest turnaround which is why we went with them since my mom's roof was leaking and it was a safety hazard. My only complaint is that they left the job site having not cleaned up and then said they were waiting until the day of the inspection the following week. I am not buying it. Regardless, when I called (I had to call twice over three days) they got out there on the second call to clean up the debris. They should just clean up on their last day regardless if they are coming back out or not as it makes them look bad, tbh. But my mom's elderly tenant realllly didn't appreciate it, either.

I had a difficult time opening one of the documents on my computer so she helped me change the doc so I could read it, she even printed it out for me and had it delivered before the end of the day. They never made efforts to remedy the matter. They offer a 5 year guarantee but it is useless as they never took care of the repairs. After endless calls and messages with no replies, I basically had to dish out $$$ to have the repairs taken care even though it was under guarantee The 1st project went smooth and was completed on schedule. The 2nd project went some what okay. The particular crew assigned to the project was a bit sloppy and lack knowledge . Both projects encountered additional repairs. After spending over $120,000 for roofing and getting abandoned from Lightening, I am not happy with the outcome. Nobody should ever have to experience, the situation I encountered and have to pay $$$ out of pocket for work which was guaranteed .

What a big loss of money for this complex here. Every roof leaked, and they are not fixing the one that was just installed last. Jose will make promises, then ignore your messages.
