Called and spoke to Jose, after the receptionist failed to provide any knowledgeable responses. Who stated the Owner (Robert) was in my area that day and would try and stop and complete an inspection that afternoon. Robert called and stated he was ten minutes away. 45 minutes later I receive a text stating his vehicle would not make it up the road to my house. This is often an issue as there are two roads to take. One is impassible. Google Maps knows this and routes people the easier route (which semi trucks and large vehicles take daily with no issues). Prior to the conversation with Robert, Jose stated if Robert couldn't make it up that day he would schedule me for the following Wednesday for Inspection. No one called or showed up Wednesday either. When I called Robert THE OWNER to ask what happened to my Wednesday appointment he said I wasn't honest about how far up a dirt road I live on (like I didn't provide my service address originally.) When asked why I never received a call about the missed appointment I was told I should have called him. Why is the customer responsible for confirming an appointment the contractors office made? Absolutely horrendous customer service and an absolute joke of a contractor who takes zero accountability for his companies poor organization. If I could give zero stars I would. DONT BOTHER CALLING THIS COMPANY. They'll just waste your time. read more

When he gave us the quote, he explained repairs needed and what they would do. As fall season rain and winds set in, I discovered I had an attic turbine fan that was squeaking loudly. I called Advanced Roofing to see if someone could come out to hopefully lubricate the turbine (or replace it if necessary), and to also give me an assessment of the condition of the now 20+ year-old roof. I scheduled an appointment for the following week, and Aaron phoned to give me a heads-up when he was on his way to the property. He was very cordial, explained what he would be doing, then climbed up on the roof and gave the turbine a thorough lubrication, which seemed to remedy the situation. He also gave me a firm (quite reasonable) price quote to come back to replace the turbine should the lubrication fix not last this winter as hoped. He also surveyed the roof and gutters and gave me a report on their condition (not in bad shape at this time), and also gave me some good advice of when the best time would be to call for a re-roofing etimate when ready. In all, I was very happy with Advanced Roofing's great customer service - from when I first called for an appointment to interacting with Aaron on the service call - as well as their reasonable pricing. Where do I start with my review for Advanced Roofing & Raingutters? I bought a house in Fresno almost 2 years ago. It was made in the 40s, and the roof was in pretty rough condition. I reached out to Leticia at Advanced and she responded right away. She was very pleasant and concerned about my issues from the beginning. We ultimately used someone else for the small patch job, but never forgot them. The recent wind and rains in Fresno ripped out a good amount of shingles and left a ton of shingle grit on the ground. I immediately contacted Leticia and she sent Robert out a short time later. Robert is not pushy or salesman-like AT ALL! He really worked hard to find out our needs and to keep things within our budget. It was a very informative and low-pressure meeting. The quote he gave us was extremely reasonable at the time, and we ultimately accepted. When the job was finished, however, my wife and I looked at everything that was done and both realized that we received an AMAZING deal. Robert and his crew went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy. Robert's crew hit the ground running. They brought their own dumpster for refuse and kept us informed of every step of the process. The permit process was handled completely by Advanced. The workers were hardcore and worked nonstop! At the end of every day, they cleaned up every single scrap, nail, wood bit, etc. When they were all done with the roof, our property was cleaner than when it started.
