I called and left a message (they didn't open until 9M on Monday) and I called again the next morning. I was able to get the car down to them and spoke with Danny and Will. Will drive me back to our hotel, stopping at a grocery store on the way back to our hotel so we would have some food. The next day he picked me up and drove me down to Athens to pick up my car. This is the kind of service you hope for in our country, but is so rare. I thought the cost of the repairs was more than reasonable. I have always liked Athens (I grew up in Youngstown, but moved 8 times with my jobs) and if I was beginning retirement I might consider moving here, but I am almost 78. The individual that was sent out to help me went way out of his way through a thunderstorm with lightning he stayed with me, took my tire off back to the shop put another tire that I had and replaced it came back to my car and literally threw a severe thunderstorm with lightning and a heavy downpour he put my new tire on. They absolutely went out of their way to help a veteran with a bad situation. I would highly recommend them for anything automotive related issues.

They seem like they were friendly and professional. And said they would give me a free tuneup. So I returned. Because I needed struts and shocks all around then I had them install new high Performance Monroe struts and shocks.again very nice and friendly. Now I know why. They did halfway. The rear springs both sides were cut with a torch! And the struts were not new. No wonder they were so nice. But I was going to call them to schedule another oil change. They never called me back or responded to my messages. Because I without realizing what they did. Found out 1 1/2 later. So just case any mechanic is extra nice and friendly. Be very cautious and alert. Check out their work before driving away.

Took my car in for two new tires to be installed. The Ford dealership I was at last was paid to…read moreinstall new lug nuts and installed the wrong ones. I was concerned about this and Pete spotted it right off the bat. I'd lost my bank card 2 days ago and I'm hours from home. I only had enough to pay for the tires. Pete ordered the new lug nuts and they were delivered in 15 mins, knowing I couldn't pay for them, he paid for them out of his own pocket. He'd rather do that then send someone down the road in an unsafe car. I gave Pete my word I'd be back to pay for the lug nuts the next day and I will. I don't know what I'd have done if it weren't for unique auto being awesome professionals. They treated me like family and that's rare these days. Really touched my heart that someone would help a stranger like that. These guys are absolute professionals and I highly recommend taking your vehicle there for any problems you may have. They do auto repair, body work and even painting. I was blessed to have went to their shop today. Don't pass these guys up. Top notch, top class, 5 star all the way around. I drove back into Dayton and immediately needed more work done. Grahams didnt do the serpentine belt tensioner. Put my new belt on an old pin. I had to redo it within 2 weeks. They mocked me when i asked for a refund and said they would send it if i sent the new bill. I did. Never came. Asked again. Said its sent. Never arrived. My brakes clunk clunk in reverse since pick up. It looks like my original rotors were never replaced as they are still the drilled n slotted i had on and are now rusting. I have a feeling i was charged for work that was never done. I spent over $2000 mind you to get mocked when confronting them about the pin. Im still waiting for my refund @Grahams Towing. They took days extra ordering brake sensors but my computer still throws the brake sensor code so they did it wrong or charged me for what wasnt done. The other shop tried to clear it but it won't. Grahams was an utter waste of money and ive been angry and frustrated with every aspect of dealing with them as people, mechanics and business owners. Go anywhere else.
