Promised gallery of photos to be delivered within 4-6 weeks of taking them. Took her 5 months to show us that she is still working on editing photos. Absolutely massacred the photos editing them. Not a single time in these 5 months did she update us herself that she would be unable to meet her promised deadline. We had to keep asking her and she just came up with random excuses for more than 5 months. After receiving absolutely poorly edited photos after 5 months, she refused to provide us the original photos just so that we can at least have unedited photos for our memories. She promised to fix her edits for 7 more months until she decided she would not do them. Completely ruined the biggest occasion of my life.

There were three people in my group who took pictures, one person paid for two persons pictures and another person in the group paid for the 3rd person however since we didn't pay individually one person didn't receive their pictures and we didn't realize until the next day and they accused us of not paying and we had to repay!!!
