He called me back the next day and his enthusiasm was infectious - he suggested going beyond the basic headshots I was considering and creating more of a themed photoshoot (photos of me in the kitchen since that's what I do). He took care of the details such as sourcing a photoshoot-worthy kitchen, recommending a hair & makeup artist, and generally planning the day so I didn't have to worry about much except for showing up and bringing the props and outfits that I wanted in specific photos. Brock is easygoing, very professional, and just generally nice to work with. He sent the proofing gallery over within a couple of days of the photoshoot being done, and then after I selected the final images, they were ready (edited and sent over in multiple formats) in less than two weeks. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Once I finally got in touch with him and went to view my photos, he locked me in his office and made me feel very uncomfortable. He pressured me to pay an absurd amount, which sadly I did because I felt I had no other option. I tried to cancel my order(within 48 hours of the appointment) and asked for a refund, but of course, he never returns his messages. By the time he messaged me back, over a week later, he said it was too late and my order had already been sent to be printed. I was told the edits would be sent to me for approval before printing, and they never were. He claims he sent my photos to another country for printing because no lab in Canada meets his standards.... ya, okay?! I asked for proof that they were sent to another country and of course, nothing has been provided. If you are looking for someone professional, this is not it!
