To Whom It May Concern,…read more This review is intended as a consumer awareness notice for business owners, homeowners, and community members who may be considering doing business with Nathan J. Albrecht, operating as "A Jack of All Trades," a resident of Woodruff, Wisconsin, who has performed work throughout Oneida, Vilas, and Lincoln counties, among other areas of the state. According to publicly available court records and reports, Mr. Albrecht is currently facing felony charges that include theft by contractor, business theft, and second-offense THC possession. One recent case includes losses exceeding $60,000 involving a Minocqua-area family. As with any pending criminal matter, some recent allegations remain subject to the judicial process and can be viewed on the Wisconsin Court System case search website, a.k.a. CCAP. Here is some recent news coverage: https://lakelandtimes.com/news/2026/may/19/woodruff-man-charged-with-a-second-offense-of-marijuana-possession/ In addition to pending criminal matters, public records indicate numerous civil judgments, tax warrants, and other financial obligations. Over the past fifteen years, consumers across multiple Wisconsin counties have reportedly filed complaints with law enforcement agencies, consumer protection authorities, and small claims courts regarding business transactions involving Mr. Albrecht and his company. Many of these complaints have involved allegations of unfinished work, disputed payments, misrepresentations regarding insurance coverage, and other contractor-related concerns. Interested parties are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence by reviewing publicly available court records, business records, and consumer complaints before entering into any contractual agreement. This notice is not intended to determine guilt or liability in any specific matter. Rather, it serves as a reminder that business owners and consumers should carefully verify licensing, insurance, references, and legal history before engaging any contractor or service provider. Protecting our communities depends on informed decision-making and transparency. We encourage all business owners and consumers to thoroughly investigate any contractor before committing significant financial resources. Thank you for your time and attention. Respectfully, A Concerned Community Consumer Advocate

BEWARE: We were defrauded $60,000 using Nathan Albrecht / Jack of All Trades…read more We are writing this review to inform others of the experience we had with Nathan Albrecht / Jack of All Trades. We paid him/his company almost $60,000 (April 2023 - November 2023). He was to build a deck for us at our summer home in Lake Tomahawk, WI. We contracted with him in April and by November it was not even close to being completed. When we finally had enough of the lack of work and communication, we requested a refund, which he refused to provide. Instead, the money was used for other purposes unrelated to our project. We filed a complaint with DATCP and with the Oneida County Sheriff's Office for theft by contractor. Both complaints are open and active. If you have been wronged by Nathan Albrecht / Jack of all Trades, we would encourage you to reach out to those agencies. Don't trust him, don't pay cash, make sure you have a contract that complies with the requirements of Wisconsin law including appropriate lien waivers, project completion dates, paying suppliers directly versus having Nathan Albrecht / Jack of All Trades pay the supplier. We paid Nathan directly for the materials only to have him purchase those materials and later cancel the order/materials without our knowledge or consent. He then kept the money instead of returning it to us. We have verifiable proof of this from the supplier (Boone). Also, he charged us 50% more than cost, fyi. Nathan is not a good person. The Oneida County Sheriff's Department is aware of who he is, and he has a criminal/civil record. We really wish we had known all of this before hiring him. https://wcca.wicourts.gov/case.html We hope this information helps others. We will continue to put this information out there to protect others. Mark & Kelly Feuerer tcfwkw@hotmail.com
