Come to find out tgrough my new attorney that there were 4 different defendants and these this group didn't even have the correct one listed. They kept lying to me about what was going. Thank goodness my nephew stepped in. This group also is trying to charge my new attorney for medical records. I AM THE ONE THE GOT THE MEDICAL RECORDS. You PEOPLE better not. I've experienced inappropriate and harmful behavior from this firm. Including the managing partner threatening at least one former employee via email and treating other employees horrendously, in my opinion. I'm aware the firm has on at least two separate occasions provided monetary incentives to employees for them to have their friends and family leave positive google reviews. Making it tough to trust what's real and what's bought for advertisement. Both of these things are extremely ethically questionable and I am in the process of submitting these complaints against Darryl Kogan to the bar, but I feel honor bound to let potential clients and/or employees know about this firm. If you're searching for a personal injury lawyer than you've probably had a pretty bad day/week/month and need someone you can trust. In my opinion, this firm isn't it. Ethics, transparency, and integrity still matter and unfortunately, I don't think this firm lives up to, even if they used to. read more

I hired this firm immediately after a terrible car accident. I expected them to set a course that would result in a favorable settlement. I was assigned an attorney that offered no advice, didn't keep in touch, and provided no help. Even if I left a message she'd call back a week later and offered no update or support. Her excuse was she was busy helping other clients. Yes, I spoke to a named partner to complain, but with no improvement. After a year of stumbling through physical and mental problems on my own, I questioned the firm of what they had accomplished, and all that was done was forwarding a demand letter to the insurance company, which generated a low offer. Making medical decisions on my own, I had decided to work on the worst injury first and follow up with less scary problems later. Apparently this was a mistake since the insurance company can claim those other problems came after the accident. It was important to document all problems immediately, but I don't know that. Anyway, I took the low offer and am still pissed every time K&D emails me news of one of their successful settlements or I see their billboards on the road. BTW: they still took a huge chunk of the bad settlement even though they only worked a few hours on my case. I strongly suggest you choose another firm. Best to you. read more
