Upon closer review, we noticed several flaws and areas that were not properly addressed. After we initially reported issues such as a cabinet door being re-installed backwards, paint on the floor, and missed spots, Mr. Hernandez promptly sent his crew back out to correct them. We appreciated the quick response at that time. Unfortunately, we have since identified additional areas needing attention, and despite assurances, those issues have not been addressed. Mr. Hernandez has not responded to my husband's most recent message, which has been disappointing. We also never met Mr. Hernandez in person, even though he mentioned he would be present at the start of the job. Juan and Geronimo, the crew members who worked in our home, were respectful and professional throughout the process. That said, the overall attention to detail falls short, despite the cabinets looking "good" at a glance. The last three photos highlight unresolved issues, and the remaining show what required correction after our initial request for Mr. Hernandez's team to return.

We had just bought a house and moved from FL, and before we moved in we hired them to paint the living room, staircase, and foyer because the walls were about 18ft tall and we didn't want to paint those ourselves. Michael, was able to give me a fantastic estimate over the phone after sending in the dimensions and a few photos. We proceeded with the work. Once they were getting set up, he came by in person to get actual measurements. I had over estimated the square footage, so my new estimate was actually much less! We were then able to have them paint more of the house for the same amount because their prices are very fair!! The work is now completed and everything is nicer, cleaner, and better looking, by far, than when we moved in. The painting came out superb and looks fantastic. In my opinion, they went above and beyond when they repaired some nicks in the drywall before painting the staircase from the previous owner moving out. Blown away! They even touched up some of the base and trim that wasn't included in the estimate free of charge to give it that perfect finish. Turn around time for painting about 2000 square feet was less than a day and a half! (Did I mention how clean they left everything when they were done?)
