I then told them that it's the principle on the issue of the unit not working and they charged me for it. I felt dumb arguing over 20$ but I'm a man of principle and believe in doing the right thing. Rude and dismissive female associate. Transaction starts off like any other where you approach the…read morecounter with merchandise. Apparently during Covid we are to scan ourselves out. This isn't explained only to be infered because she couldn't be bothered to explain and only waved me off when I attempted to hand her my item. She's wearing a mask improperly under chin with mouth and nose exposed, so Covid concerns seem to be minimal. She then tells me to "Scan it again" because it read twice on my first assumed time to scan. I notice the register displays my name wrong and ask for a correction. She says ok. We go through the transaction. Receipt still has my name wrong. I bring this up and she asks for my phone number. She proceeds to tap the track pad by the number keys and never touches the letters, turns her back, and waves another dismissive hand saying done. Short blonde girl who my friend warned me of months ago after her nightmare experience; the theme seems to be customers are interrupting her by being there because that's the impression I'm left with too. I usually deal with the two male employees when I go in and they're fine. I will gladly go elsewhere if I see her on shift again
