RUN from this company and their agents!! I originally received an offer for my home without them…read moreever asking to view my home. The listing states they MUST make an appointment. However because the code was in the confidential remarks Shannon Chew took his client through my home and trespassed! I should have gone with my gut and passed on their offer because it gets worse. We just received a cancellation notice because my water came back too high on things like hardness. See attached email. There are two issues with this. The first is they didn't make an appointment to enter my home - AGAIN! The 2nd most disturbing is my water is turned OFF because of freezing. We drained the pipes. So there is no way this came from my home. He lied! When my agent called him on it, he now claims they took the water from a puddle in the street!!! Only we haven't had any rain either. RUN!!
