We had never used their Installation service, however, and decided to do so due to the size of the plant. They were a little backed up scheduling delivery/installation, but they brought and planted the palm this past week and we were VERY impressed! Well worth the cost, good communication when they were en route, were extremely patient, polite, professional, and thorough, siting the plant and digging and adding fertilizer and back-filling and watering in the palm -- we will definitely be using that service from Butcher's again! Many thanks to Bryce and Jerry for an excellent job!
